While our files are multi layered and detailed, the cutting process is easy. In the PDF of instructions that come with each Bucket, we walk you through the process of cutting out each image and provide you with a photograph of the completed image for guidance. We are always available to assist you should you have any trouble cutting our files.

A number of things can cause your image to not cut completely through your paper. Check to make sure that you are selecting the proper paper thickness before cutting. Bazzill cardstock is often times too thick to cut on the first pass with the basic WB and CR machines. Try copying and pasting your image directly onto itself so it will cut twice. Also, inspect your cutting mat, if it has lots of grooves or gouges out of it, it may not cut completely through those areas.

All of our files and images are copyrighted and may not be sold, copied, altered or posted on any message boards. You may not alter our file and resell it. However, once you have cut the image from our files, you are free to do with it as you wish. You are entitled to sell cards or scrapbook pages with our cut images on them. If you publish anything that uses our files, please credit the Wishblading Well for the images used.

No, all of the fonts used in our files have been converted to paths and therefore they will cut whether you have that font installed on your computer or not.

If you do not want to purchase a complete bucket, you have the option of buying a Lil Bucket or an individual file. Lil Buckets are reasonably priced collections containing 6 images that coordinate with each other. Individual files are currently only available through Paypal email invoicing. Individual files sell for $1.99 each. Just email us and let us know what image(s) you are interested in purchasing and we will send you the invoice for the files.

Yes. We have the “Make a Wish” area of our website designed so that you can “drop in your penny” and request the types of files you desire. We will make every effort to incorporate your requests into our upcoming Bucket collections. Go make your wish!

Currently we offer gsd files to be used on the CraftRobo and Wishblade and Silhouette cutting systems, and we also KNK files for use on the Element and larger KNK cutting machines.   We are in the process of converting our files to be compatible with the Pazzles machines, and also Adobe Illustrator. Email us if you would like to be notified when a certain type of file format is made available for purchase on our site.

Absolutely! The Silhouette is capable of cutting .gsd files and all of our collections come in this format.
